So- I have been trying to decide if I should try to refill my Pretty in Pink marker, or just buy a new one. My PIP is probably about 6 or 7 years old, and it is not dry at all- not even a little bit! However, the color seems to have changed a bit on me. It seems too bright and even a little "fluorescenty". I'm not complaining, I think having a marker for that long that is still nice and juicy is awesome. I just know I need to do something about the color change. So- by luck, while looking at Karen Thompson's Blog, I came across a great little tutorial on how to refill the markers. I already knew how to do this, but I get questions on it all the time, so I thought I'd post the link.
I think I will order a new PIP, and once I have it, I will try refilling my old one, just to see what happens.
I have an order going in tomorrow, so I'll have it soon, and I'll let you all know how it turns out.
Oh, and BTW- my order that is going in tomorrow should arrive next Friday, so if anyone needs anything before next week-end, please LMK before tomorrow morning. Sale-a-bration starts tomorrow, too (YAY!)- order $50.00 or more, and choose a SAB set for free! If you have not received your SAB brocure in the mail yet-let me know so I can get it right out to you! You know the drill- call or e-mail me. All info. (including a link to our online catalog) can be found on my Stampin' Up! Website.
If you haven't peeked in a while, there have been some major changes- take a look see, and tell me what you think!
Have a great day!
